Color Throwdown 469-Peace

Good Morning!  Vickie is  our hostess for this week's Color Throwdown Challenge #469!  I love the monochromatic colors she picked for this week. The little bit of sparkle makes me happy !I We are playing with blue, light blue, and silver.  I hope you enjoy the colors and that they inspire you to create something special. We are using generic colors, so as long as you use the color values shown, you are all set! As always, please feel free to incorporate any neutrals that you need in your design as well!

If you upload to a public gallery, please use the keyword CTD469, and please use #ctd469 and #colorthrowdown on social media sites. Also, when linking up your card using the linky tool at the bottom of the post, please link to your specific post, not a generic link to your blog. All of the "rules" are in the right sidebar, please check them out if you are in doubt! One last detail to remember, no digital designs - only digital images that are printed off and colored will be allowed. Totally digital designs will be removed from the link up.

The gorgeous pine cones reminded me of these beautiful pine images from the Lil' Inker Designs stamp set, Rustic Christmas. I am loving how they look in the blue inks. I stamped a cluster of them along the edge of the circle frame and then stamped the trees in grey ink. I added a simple sentiment in black.

I used the Stitched Mats Circles to cut a silver frame and then mounted in over the Rounded Rectangle in white. It's fun to stamp holiday images in non-traditional colors. This one is so pretty!

For more inspiration, check out the other design team members' creations below, and get inky! We can't wait to see what you come up with this week.
